Located on the west coast of Corfu, around 16 km from Corfu Port & Corfu Town the cosmopolitan Glyfada Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Corfu. With soft, golden sands, crystal clear waters and tree covered cliffs that surround the beach, Glyfada Beach makes a striking setting for swimming and sunbathing. Glyfada is a fully organised beach and offers with plenty of facilities available to the visitors.

Visitors can soak up the sun on the comfortable sunbeds, while enjoy a refreshing drink or a snack under the softs sounds of the popular, lively beach bar. For the more active ones, there is also a variety of watersports that can be practiced including jet-skiing, water-skiing, banana rides and pedalos. On this beach, there is one large hotel as well as a number of villas and apartments on the slopes of the hill. A visit to Glyfada beach can be easily combined with a visit to the nearby picturesque village of Pelekas, the Aqualand Water Park or the Corfu Golf Club.
